The Certified Infant Massage Teacher Course (CIMT) is coming to Edmonton, Alberta. This 3-day professional training, taught by Master Teacher Tina Allen, will be held at the Delta Edmonton South Conference Centre in Edmonton, and will be hosted by Parent Link Centre Alberta.
Parent Link Centre provides parents and their children with supports to ensure that children come to school ready to learn and ensure that parents have the supports and resources needed to help their children develop and fulfill their potential. Parents will be able to access information about community services, obtain referrals, and meet other parents, children, and families, while taking part in quality early learning activities at a Parent Link Centre.
Edmonton is the capital city of the Canadian province of Alberta, and is well known for its scenic river valley and a thriving music and art community. Edmonton is home to North America's largest shopping and entertainment complex, West Edmonton Mall. More than just a shopping centre, West Edmonton Mall also has a giant water park, a man-made lake, a skating rink, two mini-golf course s, 21 movie theatres, a Vegas-style casino and an amusement park with 25 rides and attractions.
The photograph at the top of this page is of the “Lunchbreak” statue, which is a well known piece of art in Edmonton and is found at the north end of Sir Winston Churchill Square facing City Hall in downtown Edmonton. When the square was renovated from for the City's Centennial in 2004 this statue was moved to it's current position from inside the square.
Edmonton's vibrant population tends to hang out and let loose at the trendy Whyte Avenue district, which is situated next to the reputable University of Alberta. The Muttart Conservatory, an expansive horticultural spectacle, is noted for its unique architecture, as is the remarkable Alberta Legislature Building. Fort Edmonton Park is a large living history museum that recognizes Edmonton's past through a series of interactive restorations.
Edmonton is also widely known as the Festival City, and for good reason! Its vibrant arts and cultural scene is reflected in more than 30 events and festivals, indoors and out, year-round. Music festivals abound - from their internationally known folk, blues and jazz fests to bluegrass and country jamborees and even classical music under the stars. Edmonton is home to the original Fringe Theatre Festival that has inspired the creation of many others around the world. An outdoor Shakespeare festival brings the best of the Bard to thousands of visitors year after year, and the International Street Performers Festival is a family favourite!

Founded by master teacher and philanthropist Tina Allen, the Liddle Kidz Foundation offers a new, comprehensive, research based training course and teaches students what they really need to know to become a professional infant massage teacher.
Any experienced infant massage teacher will tell you that there is a world of difference between learning how to massage a baby from a book or DVD, and knowing how to provide the best care to meet a families needs, however, there are few opportunities to learn the skills they really need from a working healthcare professional who has provided infant massage education throughout the world.
