Liddle Kidz™ Massage for Children introduces you and your child to fun loving nurturing interaction through healthy, developmentally appropriate touch. Our Liddle Kidz™ Massage for Children course incorporates movement games, songs, stories and stimulating activities which can help introduce massage and nurturing touch to your child. During the course we will teach you to use child and family friendly activities to help you increase the bond and interaction you share with your child.
We will show you many ways of engaging your child through the use of fun loving touch. Turning this loving activity into an innovative learning experience as well, because we believe children learn more when learning is fun.
We understand that children have different physical, emotional and developmental needs than adults, which is why we have developed this children’s massage course with early childhood development considerations in mind. During this course you will learn to massage and interact with your child using age appropriate activities that stimulate your child’s development and improve the quality of the time you spend with your family.
Children require tactile stimulation through a variety of sources in order to develop their body, mind and spirit. Throughout this massage course we will help you find ways of increasing tactile stimulation and exploration experiences for your child. In addition to physical experiential activities, calming and relaxing touch is also introduced through hands on massage therapy and massage stories.
Developed with a toddler’s language level in mind, storytelling and songs are used to connect with and engage children. Massage is not done to children in this course, but rather together with your child. By learning to appropriately ask permission to touch, you’ll encourage children to develop healthy boundaries and become more secure as they grow older.
About the Trainer
 Tina Allen is an internationally respected Pediatric Massage Master Teacher, Developmental Baby Massage Teacher and a Licensed Massage Therapist with specialized training in providing massage therapy for children with special healthcare needs. She understands the varied communication and tactile needs of toddlers, and developed the Liddle Kidz™ - Massage for Children course with those specific needs in mind.

Training Includes
In a series of weekly classes, parents and caregivers will learn with their child, about their development. We will also guide you through innovative activities and exercises designed to incorporate nurturing touch into your interaction together. We provide ideas for engaging your child in the activities so you will experience this loving interaction as a family. Course fee includes informational massage handouts and massage oil.
Who Should Attend
Our Liddle Kidz™ - Massage for Children classes are available to parents of children 3 years to 6 years of age. Parents and children should plan to attend the course together so you and your child will have a chance to learn about nurturing touch as a family.
