Quality of Life for Families XI: Improving the Outcomes of Pregnancy

Tina Allen, LMT, CPMMT, CPMT, CIMT will present during the session entitled “NICU and Beyond”: Promising Practices in Neonatal Support.

Ms. Allen’s presentation will include her innovative introduction to utilizing massage therapy to support infants in the Neonatal Intensive care Unit as well as their families. Additionally, she will discuss her education program for NICU nurses and medical staff.

Join PAC/LAC for our 11th annual conference aimed at offering unique opportunities for education to the health care professionals that provide critical services to pregnant women, expectant parents, children and families in Los Angeles, Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties. This event allows for the important dissemination of new and emerging clinical practice standards as well as an opportunity to discuss health-related issues affecting the perinatal community.

  Topics presented will explore areas of rapid change and significant influence on the practice of perinatal and neonatal care, with an emphasis on optimizing outcomes for mother and infant.

Registration Fees

PAC/LAC members (hospitals, organizations, individuals) $100

Non-members $125

Fees include program syllabus, breakfast, lunch, and CEUs/CMEs.

Registration fee, less a $25 administrative charge, is refundable if cancellation is received by May 25, 2007. No refunds will be granted after that time.
